Ettore's story feels very long. Above all, it is a felt heart story. In February 2017 our Donatina gave birth to a colt by Dream Boy. The little man died just four days later. As fate sometimes has it, Ettore's mother also crossed the Rainbow Bridge forever that same night when he was born. The very next day we made Donatina available for him as a wet nurse. It didn't take a long period of getting used to it. Ettore saw his new mom, jumped up in his box, which seemed much too big for him alone, cried and the "heartbreak end" was perfect for both of them. A few days later we decided to bring Ettore to our home. A story in the spirit of: "And they lived happily ever after ..."
